Prompt, friendly, very fair pricing and I?m happy to report that my yard and bushes have never looked better. We have used their services for several years now.
We have a signed contract for snow plowing our residence driveway. The plowing was poorly done, leaving a large pile in front of one of the garage doors several times so we could't get the car out without moving the pile of snow. After bringing this to their attention they never came back out to plow our driveway after the next three snow events of two or more inches of snow. I called the driver (Jose) and he never returned my call. I called the company and they were going to get back with me but haven't for a week now. I sent an e-mail and they never responded to that either. I feel they owe me at least half what we paid ($230.00) since they failed to properly plow our driveway. I checked with the city of Wyoming and their license is not current either. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks!

Refund I feel they should refund at least half the money paid. We paid $230.00 on 12/12/2018.
I *** had done work for *** for snowplowing. We did resolve complaint. We gave customer credit for lawn care. Customer is happy and we came us with something.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I have not received any correspondence, or offer from JZLandscape since my complaint was filed with the Revdex.com. They have made no offer to me other tha a $30.00 refund which I rejected as not enough. I feel that at least half the original contracted price would be more fair. Thank you.
Good morning I had seen the message from the customer where he asking to get his money back first the days he complaints about Not coming to plow wasn't the 2 inches we our contract says we don't plow under 2 inches I gave the guy aerate job where I spoke directly with him and he was ok it seen he wants all of these free services , we can work something with customer but in these case I think he had gone too far by saying he never seen me I hope this get solve thanks
