For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below From: [redacted] G [redacted] < [redacted] @yahoo.com>; To: [redacted] G [redacted] < [redacted] @yahoo.com>; Subject: ID # [redacted] Sent: Sat, Aug 13, 6:20:PM ID # [redacted] In response to Mr W [redacted] .Correct he was not present when I dropped off my computer But I had spoken with him over the phone BEFORE dropping computer offHe assured me, my photos would be safe!! Also MR W [redacted] told me, he had worked on my computer all night himself to get it working after He (Mr W [redacted] ) went to [redacted] to purchase wifi plpieceTherefore it doesn't matter to me about what another employee doneMrW [redacted] employees are representative of his businessJay Dzn Solutions is MrW [redacted] company, HE is responsible for Lost Photos And damage computerMrW [redacted] promised the SAME DAY I PICKED UP THE COMPUTER TO EMAIL ME MY PHOTOS WHEN HE GOT HOME BECAUSE HE HAD THEM AT HIS HOUSE ON A BACKUP MEMORY STICKENCLOSED is an email I sent him the next day stating I was waiting on my photosWhen I picked up my computer I did not check the DVD drive BECAUSE he wasn't suppose to touch it, it was workingI checked it when I got home and my DVD would Not play so I told him in the same emailThank Goodness I have witnesses that went with me the day I pick up the computer also the day he (MrW [redacted] ) signed statement he would replace my computerI also have copy enclosedAlong with my [redacted] bill showing all the dates and times I called asking for my photos and telling him about my damage computer, when he told me he would email and NEVER DIDThe photos were of my decease father, brother and my autistic daughter graduation from high schoolMoments I can NEVER get backFurthermore WHY would I have a stranger coming into my home? I have an nonverbal child to PROTECTMrW [redacted] also wanted to come my clients home (to my place of employment) I told him SEVERAL times he couldn't I have a duty to protect them as well! I DO NOT conduct business where I liveIt's a Laptop NOT RELATED to my homeIn conclusion MrW [redacted] lied several times, promising to email my photos SEVERAL times, had me coming to pick up my computer when he wasn't there and didn't answer his phone ( bad business) called me several times to pick it up knowing it wasn't fixed and missing photos, lastly signed statement to replace computer and compensate me for lost photos and NEVER DID [redacted] ?

A former employee guaranteed the retrieval of the consumer photos however, the promise to retrieve photos should have never been made by the
employee and therefore the employee has been terminated.
Upon inspecting the unit business recommended consumer upgrade her device
Consumer advised business she was not a high end user and did light browsing and checking her email so she required limited access.
Unit had limited memory because the device was so outdated (*** **)
Based on the age of the unit *** *** would not run on her unit.
Business recommended consumer purchase data back upConsumer decided to purchase a wireless card instead.
She was offered on site and off site (business will come to the home) services to repair the device after the unit was at their location for approximately weeks
When consumer picked up her device everything was working and consumer signed off indicating so
Business replaced hard drive and memory was updated
Business does not recall signing any document agreeing to replace deviceHe states the device is so dated it would only be worth about $
