Called them on 5/29/19 with roof leak. Said they were very busy but would get back to me asap. Now on 8/12 still not the courtesy of a word and there's been additional damage in my home from ongoing leaking every time it rains. Obviously they don't keep track of those who call them for help with problems. Not recommended, there are others who are more attentive and reliable.
We never worked on his roof, it was not our leak. We were busy working on our clients roofs. Sorry we were unable to call back but with all the storms we have had this summer we are inundated with work. If they were that concerned about their roof, they could of called us back but we never heard from them again.
Of course they never worked on my roof and I never said they did or that it was "our leak". I was attempting to become a client, that's why I called them. I was definitely told I'd receive a call back to set up an appointment within a month or so when they could get to my roof. A client should not have to keep calling a business back when told already that the business would call them. This business just doesn't seem to care and doesn't follow up on their promises. It's a matter of ethics.
