Sometime in the past six weeks Ms. [redacted] closed her store, brought in trucks and emptied her store of all her consignees property - vacating the property. She did not notify her consignees of the closing or give us an opportunity to retrieve our property before emptying the building. The phone has been disconnected and no posting was left on the empty building to enable us to locate Ms. [redacted], or to locate our property.Desired Settlement: I would like the return of my consigned items or the value of the items (less the agreed upon 50% consignment fee).
