We got another one recently and they didn't even try to chew itIt's nice and puffy, you can remove the outer cover for washing, and they are the last beds I'll need to buy! A win-win

We bought the XXL bed for our 2 dogs; an English Springer Spaniel and a Black Lab/Chow mix. They love cuddling with each other so this bed was a perfect fit for both of them to lay on and room to spare. I have trouble getting them out of bed in the morning now! Even our cats love the bed.
I have a dog that has gone through multiple beds, blankets, sheets and towels. I ordered a bed from K9 Ballistics that I was going to try and leave in her kennel at the vet clinic I work at. She has had it for several months now and not bothered it at all. After multiple beds being torn up in her crate, I ordered one for the crate. She hasn't bothered it either. This is a Doberman puppy that shreds everything she gets her mouth on. Very pleased with the service and prompt delivery.
This is a fantastic company. Their chew proof dog beds are exactly that: Chew Proof! My huskey mix had eaten every other bed until I found this company. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for high quality pet beds/furniture and crate covers.

First of all I have the email with the photos of the broken beds and clearly stated it was only 1 day after I put the bed in, I accepted the replacement because you were only offering half of the money so I still lose out the fact of the matter is your product is Bolognese it's chewable and you are liers for even claiming the name chewless
I first purchased a "waterproof" dog bed from this company. My dog had an accident and it went straight through to the matress. I contacted K9 and they informed that the waterproof cover I had was and older one and that they would send me the "newer" one. My dog had another accident and I cleaned it immediately. I took the cover over to clean it and noticed it, again, leaked through to the mattress and ruined it. The zipper broke on the cover, also. The inside of the top cover was "shedding" coming apart. I emailed the company to tell them about the products issues. They have ignored all contact from me. I paid over $200 for this bed that comes with a "warranty." I have tried and tried to contact them with no replies. So, now I have no dog bed, lost $200, and now have to spend more money on another bed.

It is unfortunate but sometimes the dogs are able to get through our beds and if they got through ours they most definitely have gone through many more. We designed our covers with a Nylon Ballistics material and if your dog is able to get through the material we either send out a new one or issue a 50% refund. Many of our customers have had wonderful results with our products.
We shipped you a free replacement without sending it back to us as outlined on our website, however I will issue a 50% refund on your total purchase today.

I spent over 200 dollars on these products, and I did do research on it and you do have satisfied customers but most of them are not heavy duty dogs like mine I did see many owners frustrated with the product just like I was because it's high hopes of finally finding a bed that was considered chewless please find another word to describe your product because it is not fair to consumers

This customer placed an order for an X-Large Black Cover. This order was placed through one of our dealers, Indestructible Dog, on their website (Order # 12228). As such, this was not a K9 Ballistics' customer, but an Indestructible Dog customer. We do not communicate directly...
to these customers, as all communication flows through the dealer. Indestructible Dog provided us this order on 9/8/14 and we then entered this customer's order in our system (K9-52974) and shipped the product out on 9/8/14. The customer received the product on 9/12/14.
Subsequent to the original order, the only correspondence we received was from Indestructible Dog on 1/1/15 requesting that we send a warranty replacement cover. The replacement order was processed on 1/7/15 and will be picked up via FedEx on 1/8/15.
As such, we did fulfill our warranty guidelines for this order.

This is a one-time warranty per order. If your dog chews through the Mini Tuff Bed or Tuff Bed Crate Pad, it is covered under our warranty. We will honor and replace the Mini Tuff Bed or Tuff Bed Crate Pad free of charge. This warranty is good for up to 90 days from the day that K9 Ballistics shipped out your purchase. Please note the Orthopedic TUFF Crate Pad is a mattress style bed and the warranty applies only to the cover; please see above for more info on the Orthopedic Crate Pad.
If you notice any damage of our product resulting from chewing or scratching, we recommend immediately removing the bed from your dog's access. Some dogs like to eat their bedding, so for your animals' health we recommend waiting to reintroduce the bed when the replacement bed arrives and/or when the dog grows out of the chewing phase.
