Misleading advertising about "chew proof" and "chew resistant" dog beds. Ads had no disclaimers and the company offers a 90 day warranty but does not stand by their statements.

Review: This company claims to have a chewless bed and crate for dogs after a very dissatisfied experience I find that I am not the only one with this complaint they should not be allowed to advertise that they are chewless I did get a one time replacement but after that they kick you to the curb they are making tons of money off of large breed dog owners .... So so false advertisingDesired Settlement: I know their policy I also know that they 100% stand by their chewless claim I would like at least a partial refund!! Because their claims are not true they are getting away with false advertising and it's not fair choose one stop saying your products are fiddlers or start giving refunds if not I am willing to take this to small claims

Review: In September, I ordered an "Indestructible Dog" bed cover for over $70. The company's website boasts the dog cannot destroys the bed covers and they are guaranteed. After waiting a few weeks for the dog bed cover, it arrived and within minutes my puppy had chewed through it. I checked the return policy and it outlines only returns are allowed, within 90 days and when photos of the ripped/chewed material were supplied. I complied with the guidelines and despite repeated communication, and promises, have never been sent a new dog bed cover (it is not January). At this point, I expect a refund, not an exchange.Desired Settlement: I expect to be fully refunded for a product that did not deliver its promises, and a company that not does abide by its policies.

This customer placed an order for an X-Large Black Cover. This order was placed through one of our dealers, Indestructible Dog, on their website (Order # 12228). As such, this was not a K9 Ballistics' customer, but an Indestructible Dog customer. We do not communicate directly to these customers, as all communication flows through the dealer. Indestructible Dog provided us this order on 9/8/14 and we then entered this customer's order in our system (K9-52974) and shipped the product out on 9/8/14. The customer received the product on 9/12/14.

Review: After requesting a refund from K9Ballistics, I received 50% of my money back for a dog bed that was advertised as chew proof for 90 days, but was chewed through by my dog in two days. Upon requesting the remaining refund from my purchase, I received a short statement referring me to a copy of the warranty policy, for which I had to diligently search in order to find on their website. I sent the following correspondence two days ago, but I have received no further response from K9Ballistics:I am very disappointed not only in the product that I purchased, the Mini Tuff Bed, but also in the customer service that I received. When shopping on the K9 Ballistics website, 90 Day Chew Proof Guarantee is prominently displayed in multiple locations. This is deceiving. In order to find out that this guarantee is limited as stated below, one must scroll down through very very long sections of product information and hundreds of reviews and search through small print links at the bottom of the page for details about the limitations of the warranty. The website does not make it clear that this guarantee is so restricted or that information regarding such restrictions is actually available to read prior to making a purchase. When I read that a company is offering a 90 Day Chew Proof Guarantee, it is reasonable to expect a full refund for a product that was chewed through in two days. It is not standing by your product to offer a duplicate of a product that did not meet the guarantee or only half of my money returned to me. I paid for a chew proof bed, and I received a bed that was easily chewed through in two days. A company that truly stands by its product and makes customer service a priority would refund 100% of my money.Desired Settlement: Refund the remaining $30 from my purchase. Revise K9Ballistics website to make the one-time replacement or 50% refund clearly displayed. Advertise your beds as tear/chew resistant, not proof. Be honest in telling customers that some dogs will be able to chew through the material.

Review: Tuff dog bed guaranteed for 90days. Purchased through amazon with no special return policy stated. The item did not last one hour. Company only offering a replacement or 50% refund. I would like a full refund for a clearly faulty product.Desired Settlement: Full refund of $45 for product.
