Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11027902, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Regards, T [redacted] I spent over dollars on these products, and I did do research on it and you do have satisfied customers but most of them are not heavy duty dogs like mine I did see many owners frustrated with the product just like I was because it's high hopes of finally finding a bed that was considered chewless please find another word to describe your product because it is not fair to consumers Thank you
This is a fantastic companyTheir chew proof dog beds are exactly that: Chew Proof! My huskey mix had eaten every other bed until I found this companyI would highly recommend them to anyone looking for high quality pet beds/furniture and crate covers
This customer placed an order for an X-Large Black Cover This order was placed through one of our dealers, Indestructible Dog, on their website (Order # 12228) As such, this was not a KBallistics' customer, but an Indestructible Dog customer We do not communicate directly to these customers, as all communication flows through the dealer Indestructible Dog provided us this order on 9/8/and we then entered this customer's order in our system (K9-52974) and shipped the product out on 9/8/ The customer received the product on 9/12/ Subsequent to the original order, the only correspondence we received was from Indestructible Dog on 1/1/requesting that we send a warranty replacement cover The replacement order was processed on 1/7/and will be picked up via FedEx on 1/8/As such, we did fulfill our warranty guidelines for this orderPlease let us know if you have any questions or if you need further informationBest Regards, KBallistics, Inc
I first purchased a "waterproof" dog bed from this companyMy dog had an accident and it went straight through to the matressI contacted Kand they informed that the waterproof cover I had was and older one and that they would send me the "newer" oneMy dog had another accident and I cleaned it immediatelyI took the cover over to clean it and noticed it, again, leaked through to the mattress and ruined itThe zipper broke on the cover, alsoThe inside of the top cover was "shedding" coming apartI emailed the company to tell them about the products issuesThey have ignored all contact from meI paid over $for this bed that comes with a "warranty." I have tried and tried to contact them with no repliesSo, now I have no dog bed, lost $200, and now have to spend more money on another bed
