We've been dealing with company since they've started. Through out that time they've gotten worse and worse. We continued to have program errors that have yet to be resolved. We've been trying to get the program updated for months. We send multiple e-mail without an response and to finally get them to answer we have to call and complain. When we do call we get redirected multiple times and always get told they'll call us back. They never call back the only way to speak to someone is to tell them they need to speak to us now. Their "tech support" is basically non existent! They rarely actually contact us back when we send in support tickets and when they do they problems aren't resolved. The program constantly crashes, it changes the prices, deletes out reservations, shot records, doesn't calculate vacancies correctly and so much more. If you want to have a program that will leave you stress free this isn't the program for you.
