We purchased four Matinee tickets to an afternoon Premiere on June 15th We had purchased our assigned seating online in order to be able to have seats for our Autistic child Our reserved seats were takenThe theater was packedManagement was absolutely nowhere to be found that afternoonWe did not get to see our show and there was not a soul to remedy the problemTo make matters worse no one seems to answer the phone at this locationIt stacks up from there with other smaller issues with regard to appearance and cleanliness at the IWarren Theater location, but we will not discuss that here as it is only a matter of opinionWe would like to tickets to our show to be replaced or refunded and better customer service or the occasional usher would be a genuine blessing

I was given a Luxury Readmission Ticket because of one of many issues Ive had at Regal Cinema, i've called *** for the past weeks morning noon and night and left messages and because I have questions about how I can use the readmission ticket, I've also called *** *** and i've called guest services at 1-*** and left messages at the ***, I've also sent an email on regmoves.com Contact Us I live across town otherwise I would simply go by the Moore location and ask my questions, I can get nobody to answer or return my calls, this is bad customer service and I haven't began telling management this issues I've had once I was in the building, I'm confident nothing would be done
