K-9 Nutt Dog Training

Review: I emailed Ms [redacted] and asked for a confirmation of service location (address). She refused to tell me and said that all directions are sent to you in the email. I told her I only received a calendar not a location. I said that if this is the service I get then I prefer to get a refund. She said there are no refunds. I then decided to try and continue the services, though after 4 sessions she still refuses to talk to me and tries to relay all information to me with speaking to me. This last session, I asked her to tell me what the next event during the session and she said to ask someone else. I believe this all has to do with the second training session, I disagreed with a recommendation made by Ms [redacted] and she was not pleased with me saying " Ok, I'll agree to disagree". I have 5 more sessions but feel that her sessions are a hostile environment.Desired Settlement: I would like the remainder of my sessions reimbursed.
