We have replaced the Dishwasher for [redacted]. In his letter to Revdex.com he claimed he wanted a refund as settlement. When [redacted] contacted us before sending his letter to Revdex.com we agreed on replacing his dishwasher. We are not sure when he changed his mind about getting a refund as settlement. We worked things out with him and have attached a letter signed by [redacted] when the dishwasher was delivered and installed by K & A. If you have any questions please contact me at ###-###-####.

I just wanted to let you guys know that I submitted this complaint in error based on a discussion I had with my wife, [redacted], yesterday, before you guys had actually made it out. The situation has been frustrating (sounds like we were one of the lucky ones who got a bad washer out of the 65 or so you've sold), and I filed in a rush.
I already notified the Revdex.com that the complaint was filed in error and I'm sure they'll resolve that quickly, just like I'm confident you guys will resolve the washer issue for us quickly as well.
