HelloOn 2/18/ [redacted] purchased and picked up a [redacted] refrigerator for which she paid $The GE refrigerator came with a Months warranty and as stated on our policy appliances with a warranty if in any given moment during the warranty period have any problems we will repair and if not repairable we will replace with something similar or of same valueIf customers chose to pick out the replacement item they are given the option to pick whatever they would likeIn this case [redacted] came into our store because unfortunately her refrigerator was not repairableWe always have an inventory of over refrigerators prices ranging from $to $ [redacted] liked and chose a refrigerator priced less than what she originally paid and as stated in the receipt she signed and agreed to the store credit [redacted] has been aware of our store policy as of the day she came to buy the [redacted] fridge on 2/18/She was also given this notice and written on her receipt that she signed on 5/14/She signed and was okay with this We delivered the replacement refrigerator on 5/5/and she was given warranty on the replacement refrigerator until 3/18/We stand by our warranty 100% and do our best to please all our customersIf there more info needed please contact Rosie at ###-###-####

Good Afternoon*** ***'s father in law *** *** contacted K & A Appliance today 6/20/regarding an issue his daughter is having with the refrigerator she purchased from K & A Appliance on 2/16/The purchase did not take place on 3/1/as they state and the amount was not $it
was $Please see copy of their invoice number *** When *** ***'s father in law contacted us he informed us *** went out to do the repair and they were not able to because the refrigerator did not have the model or serial numberHe asked what we could do for him and we told him we could send the technician out tomorrow 6/21/or Wednesday 6/22/He said he did not want the serviceWe informed ** *** that the model number is on the invoice and his response was that he was not pleased with the answers he was given and that he would contact the policeAlthough the refrigerator is no longer under warranty we can still service the refrigerator*** *** is responsible for repair cost because the warranty was for months only. Good Morning [redacted]I'm sorry we took a while to get back to you. We are responding to the complaint about our warranty as the customer stated that our warranty is a joke. When the customer purchased the [redacted] washer and dryer set on 2/29/2016 the sales person showed her the stains that were on...

the seal and explained to her that they would not come off no matter what she would do and the customer still proceeded to purchase the set. The customer called the next day after she made the purchase to speak to a manager and explain that she washed the washer with bleach to try and remove the stains and that they would not come out. I explained to her that all of our appliances are cleaned and disinfected with strong chemicals and that those stains do not come out but that there is not a health hazard. I also explained to her if she wished to replace the boot/seal on the washer it will happen again because of the way the model was built. If the seal was leaking or torn that would be covered under warranty, but the stains on the seal are something that she knew before the purchase and it will happen again over time even if the seal is replaced with a new one. The customer was demanding that we replace the seal at no charge and I told her we would not because she was aware of the stains before she purchased the set, she then started using foul language because we would not agree to replace the boot for her at no charge. She kept insisting she wanted the
seal replaced and spoke to one of our technicians who told her we can service the
washer but that the stains will happen again.  We are not refusing to do any repairs on the washer. We just need her to understand that replacing the seal is not necessary for the washer to function properly as there is no leak or tear on the seal. If she would like us to replace the seal we can but she is responsible for parts and labor. On our policy we state clearly that some of our units are used. Please

[redacted] has been aware of our store policy as of the day she came to buy the ** fridge on 2/18/16. She was also given this notice and written on her receipt that she signed on 5/14/16. She signed and was okay with this.  We delivered the replacement refrigerator on 5/5/16 and she was given warranty on the replacement refrigerator until 3/18/17.
