claim 09/29/16, the only thing they have done is tried to fill the crack
on my back patio a good or times and it looks horrible and cracks
again everytimeMy backyard is like a swimming pool after it
rains/snowsThey have done absolutely nothing to get these issues
resolved and my brand new house has been in shambles for entirely way to
longI put in my complaint what I would like done in order to resolve
all issuesI will not take any time off of work for them to fix what
they did incorrectly from the beginningAs I mentioned in my claim if
they want to pay me to get the work done during the week that is fine
otherwise inside work will have to be completed during the weekend which
is still a major inconvenience in itselfAgain absolutely nothing has

it would take multiple times coming out as they had to caulk (which they
never completed everything), then sand, then texturize and then paint
He told me not all this could be completed in day

to this point he has done absolutely nothing to fix the issues and is
still refusing to fix everything that he knows should be fixedHe is

Unfortunately it has
continued to rain almost every day since our last correspondenceAn attempt was made today to grade the yardWe hope to have this completed assp we just need cooperation with the rainWe have had a couple of rain free days this week and as stated above an attempt was made todayWe will continue until it is complete as it dries up

The realtor contacted us last week and we informed her that we were trying to get their list on the schedule for this week. As soon as we have confirmed dates we will be in contact with the purchaser. Hoping late today or tomorrow

An email was received from the buyer on Monday, February 26th, 2018. We responded Monday, February 26, and sent the plumber contractor, who would have warrantied the pump, on Wednesday the 27th of February. He was informed that the buyer the he replaced the pump himself on
Sunday. The buyer indicated that he had sent an invoice to KAB, we have not yet received the receipt. Once a copy of the receipt is received along with the other pump, we can consider reimbursement

I am rejecting this response because: I do not understand why you are making this so difficult. The bottom line is the work was shoddy to begin with and needs to completed correctly in a timely fashion. It is not my fault the work was not done correctly and you as my builder are responsible to fix the issues. Let's please work together and get this resolved.1. Drywall. [redacted] Drywall did not complete the mudding throughout the house and never started sanding and texturizing so it is not ready to be painted yet. You can clearly see this from the photos. If they cannot come out Saturday/Sunday then I will need to be paid $150.00 per day or pay [redacted] to work overtime on the weekends. Again, it is not my fault this was not done correctly and this is a huge inconvenience for me and you need to make it right. 2. Concrete. To be takin care of when drywall is being fixed.3. Sconce. I was never told that the third sconce was not able to be installed and this is not my fault. My house looks incomplete without it and I have to look at it everyday. All 3 car garages have the third sconce and this was built into the price. Requested Action: check $150.004. Drainage. When I was looking at the lot with Larry and Lisa both of you assured me I would not have any problem with drainage and if in the slight chance I did that you would definitely take care of it for me. By adding more mud this will not fix the problem it will continue to happen year after year. The yard needs to be re-graded and drains installed to ensure this won't happen again. Also this is running off into my neighbors yard and they are not happy about it, I have told them you are coming out to address the issue and fix the problem. They are prepared to contact their builder who in return will contact you because it is not their fault or mine. This will need to be fixed at the same time as the drywall and concrete.5. Cabinet. The cabinet that I saw in the spec home stretched the entire length of the wall, the one that was installed in my house does not and another one needs to be installed. This will need to be done at the same time as drywall, concrete and drainage. 
Again, let's please work together to get these issues resolved.

We have talked with the homebuyer and assured them that as soon as the yard is dry enough to grade we will have them there to complete the yard.  It has simply not been dry enough to grade their yard with all of the rain we have been getting since their closing.

need to touch up the painting.We just need her to let us know when we can send someone by and take care of the painting.The painters are not available on the weekends.Their normal hours are 7-3, Monday through Friday.Our last email in August was trying to confirm this to schedule and we have had no response from the buyer.Concrete.We can send someone from the concrete contracting company to look at the issue with the concrete issues.The steps were properly installed.We can send a representative there for any concrete issues at the same time the painting issue is addressed.Sconce.There was no additional charge for a 3rd sconce light.Coach lights are a standard feature in the development.This particular elevation did not allow enough room in between the 2 car and 3rd car garage for a coach light.Since no additional charge was made, no credit will be given.Drainage.We will fill the area of concern and complete with seed and straw.Vegetation must be maintained in order to prevent erosion.This is a maintenance issue and will need to be maintained by the homeowner to prevent further erosion.Cabinet.The contract states that a cabinet be installed in the laundry room.The charge for a laundry room cabinet is $300.00 each.The cabinet was placed where the purchaser asked that it be installed.   Again, we are happy to send the painter to take care of the touch up painting but it must be during normal working hours.  They are not available on weekends.      Thank you [redacted]
