Dear Delaware Revdex.com complaint resolution center, ? Thank you for reaching out to KAPS & Co on my behalf? [redacted] from a KAPS & Co office in Mountainview California has spoken with me and she described in detail the many services and information available through their company? While most of these services are not something I can use I have been made aware of the extensive services I apparently purchased from them when all I was trying to do was upgrade my Quick Books program and make sure all my data from before was properly transferred to my upgrade? It turns out the transition went smoothly and I did not have to use any of the extra support from KAPS & Co? [redacted] has made me aware of all that I can receive from this company? [redacted] has further promised to refund to my account $once I have contacted you (this email) and sent a copy of this email to her ? (the CC above).I do appreciate that I have now had contact with KAPS & Co and am now aware of all the services they have to offer?
