Review: I'M FILING A CLAIM AGAINST [redacted]) AT K & C AUTO IN WARREN. HIS REPAIR ON MY CAR WAS MORE THEN UNDER SATISFACTION. [redacted] HAD MY CAR FOR A TOTAL OF 20 DAYS TO REPAIR MY FRONT DOOR COMPLETELY, JUST REPAIR THE DAMAGE ON MY PASSENGER BACK DOOR, REPLACE MY IGNITION KEY AND REPLACE A HEADLIGHT HE REPAIRED IN BACK IN FEB. ON THE 14TH DAY OF HAVING MY CAR HE ASKED FOR MY $[redacted] DEDUCTIBLE (HE SAID THEY CAN NO LONGER WAIVE IT AT THIS POINT), WHICH THIS WAS NEVER DECIDED BEFORE, I EVEN WENT IN TO SIGN THE BACK OF THE CHECK. [redacted] DID WORK ON MY CAR BACK IN FEB AND WAIVED IT DUE TO MY MOM BRINGING HIM A LOT OF WORK (HE SAID WE'RE LIKE FAMILY TO HIM). I HAVE CONTACTED [redacted] ABOUT THE UNFINISHED AND UNSATISFIED WORK HE HAS DONE. [redacted] CANT HELP ME DO TO [redacted] SHOP IS NOT A PREFERRED SHOP. BOTH MY HEADLIGHTS BLOW OUT COSTING ME $** A HEADLIGHT, PASSENGER WINDOW BLACK FILM IS RIPPED AND SCRATCHED REALLY REALLY BAD, IGNITION BOX KEEPS FALLING APART, OIL CHANGE AND CAR DETAIL SHOULD HAVE BEEN COMPLETED AND WASN'T PREFORMED. I CONTACTED [redacted] ON OCT 15 2014 TO HAVE HIM SWAP OUT HEADLIGHT SINCE HE NEVER GOT BACK TO ME, HE SAID I WOULD HAVE TO BRING HIM THE CAR SO HE CAN SEND THE OLD ONE BACK AND THEY WOULD SHIP HIM ANOTHER USED ONE (THIS WAS NEVER TOLD TO ME) PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME SOLVE THESE MATTERSDesired Settlement: I WOULD LIKE TO ASK FOR MY $[redacted] DEDUCTIBLE BACK DUE TO MY HEADLIGHTS ARE BLOWN OUT (NEW THRU [redacted] $[redacted], HE PAID FOR USED PARTS THRU[redacted] $[redacted], I PAID FOR MY OWN OIL CHANGE $** SOME DOLLARS, I DID MY OWN DETAIL TO MY CAR, THEY PAID HIM $[redacted].
