Review: WE FOUND AN rv ON CRAIGSLIST ADVERTISED BY [redacted] AT K&D. after LOOKING AT THE AD AND COMPARING WHAT WAS AVAILABLE, WE WENT TO TEST DRIVE SAID RV. wE WERE TOLD IT WAS IN GOOD RUNNING SHAPE (ROADWORTHY WAS THE WORD USED). THE AD SHOWED AND STATED THERE WAS AN XBOX INSTALLED ALONG WITH A PLAYSTATION A DVD PLAYER AND SATELLITE TV SYSTEM. wE WERE TOLD THERE WAS A NEW WATER MANIFOLD INSTALLED. wE WERE SHOWN THE CUSTOM STEREO INSTALL AND SHOWN TWO(2) SPEAKERS WHICH WERE "EXTRA" AND IN A CLOSET. wE WERE TOLD THESE WOULD BE INCLUDED IN THE SALE " SO IF YOU NEED THEM". UPON MEETINF FOR PICK-UP WE NOTICED SOME THINGS; 1. NO GAMING SYSTEMS WERE LEFT IN THE COACH 2. THE DVD PLAYER WAS NOT IN WORKING SHAPE. 3. THE "EXTRA" SPEAKERS WERE MISSING - "MY MOM MUSY HAVE MOVED THEM WHEN SHE CLEANED" WAS THE RESPONSE WE GOT WHEN WE QUESTIONED HIM.CONTINUING THE WALK THROUGH WE NOTICED NO KEY FOR THE FRONT DRIVERS DOOR, "I LEFT THEM AT HOME, I'LL SEND THEM TO YOU" WAS THE ANSWER. THE NEXT MORNING, (AFTER STAYING AT AN RV PARK ON THE WATY HOME) WE NOTICED NO HOT WATER? CONTACTED SELLER, "GIVE IT A FEW MINUTES TO WARM UP, I JUST REPLACED THE MANIFOLD, IT SHOULD WORK" WAS OUR RESPONSE. AFTER HAVING IT PROFESSIONALLY GONE THROUGH....THE MANIFOLD WAS PURCHASED IN FEB., NOT MAY LIKE HE SAID, AND WAS BROKEN. - HAD TO PAY TO HAVE IT FIXED.THE MISSING KEY WAS BROKEN OFF IN THE DOOR. STILL HAVE TO PAY TO HAVE IT REMOVED AND RE-KEYED.WE HAVE NEVER SEEN THE ITEMS HE PROMISED US; SPEAKERS: "IT COSTS AS MUCH TO SHIP THEM AS IT WOULD TO REPLACE THEM" WAS OUR RESPONSE.KEYS; I DONT KNOW IF I EVER HAD A DOOR KEY, ILL LOOK AGAIN"WHEN QUESTIONED ABOUT THE OTHER NON-WORKING ITEMS; "THE rv INDUSTRY IS REAL PREDATORY, YOU HAVE TO WATCH THE REPAIR PLACES BECAUSE THEY ARE AFTER YOURE MONEY" "THEY ARE TELLING YOU UNTRUTHS, THAT STUFF WAS IN WORKING CONDITON" OR " THAT DIDN'T NEED FIXED/CHANGED, IT WAWS WORKING FINE"

WE WANT THE SPEAKERS THAT MATCH THE INSTALLED SPEAKERS.WE WANT SELLER TO PAY FOR NEW DOOR LOCK AND/OR REPAIRING/RE-KEYING EXIASTING LOCK.WE WANT TO BE REIMBURSED FOR THE WORK WE HAD TO DO TO GET THE COACH "ROAD WORTHY", WATER MANIFOLD AND EXHAUST MANIFOLD.

First and foremost I need to let it be known that this coach was sold as a personal sale and has no affiliation to K&D Autowerks. The only coincidence in this sale that remotely relates to K&D Autowerks, is that the sale was made by me, [redacted]-owner of K&D Autowerks. I sold my PERSONAL coach to [redacted] as a PERSONAL sale, the coach was never advertised through the business K&D Autowerks. I have numerous e-mails sent back and forth between the [redacted] and I. They show countless attempts to help them, and I will provide them if needed. In regards to the gaming systems, they well knew that they would not be included. In regards to the water manifold, it was replaced and I do have an invoice for it. As far, as the missing speakers go, I informed them that my Mom had boxed them up because she helped clean my coach prior to the [redacted]'s picking it up. She was only trying to help because they were wanting the coach as soon as they could get it. The door key, I had no knowledge that it was broke as I have never used it. I showed them where to plug in the DVD player if they were not going to be installing satellite. I understand all of their complaints, and I have tried to help them and advise them in any way I could. This coach was sold as-is and the issues they are bringing to your attention does not make this coach "un-road worthy". I feel that because this was a personal sale the business should not be held liable or have it's name beat-up.
