Review: [redacted] of K&D Excavating has failed to complete POWTS for our new residence in which he has been working on since September of 2012. We had given him a deadline of July 31st 2013 which he failed to complete. After calling Ozaukeee County for permit & inspection verification we learned that [redacted] had failed to comply with the County permit & inspection process when he had stated the process for the County was complete and he was awaiting the city of Mequon inspection. [redacted] of K&D Excavating has been paid in-full since November of 2012. We are unable to complete final inspection & gain occupancy until [redacted] has finished POWTS.Desired Settlement: Simply provide service we paid for.
