K & D Marketing

Review: K & D Marketing (also known as [redacted]) did some marketing services for us ([redacted]) and we have major unresolved issues with this company. We have issues with every single service/product we got from them. First issue, we have is with receipt folders we ordered but when they came they were regular envelopes with our logo and not what we ordered. Second issue, the large order of company stickers that we ordered came uncut in a huge roll, right away we called and told him that this will not work we need individual stickers. He said he will have a driver come pick it up to have it cut but no one ever showed up. Third issue, wraps/stickers for our company truck had misspelling errors of our street name in 2 out of 3 places. As well as the stickers were poorly done on the truck and were pealing shortly after. When we pointed it out [redacted] (owner) promised they would re-do it for free with our new address since we were moving to a new location and to call him when we were ready to do it. When time came we attempted to contact [redacted] numerous times, leaving voice messages and no response. We sent emails and also no response. We found their facebook page and contacted him that way and finally got a reply that said "sorry went out of business". Well we just found out they didn't go out of business, he lied to us we just spoke to someone at their business number ([redacted]) not knowing who was calling and they were ready to take our new order! We are really disappointed in the services and the way we've been treated by this company and its business owner!Desired Settlement: We are extremely unsatisfied with this company and how they treated us and the services we got from them including the owner himself! We tried many times to call, leave voicemails and email and gave him many opportunities to resolve the issues but he had no intentions of fixing their errors. The owner himself lied about being out of business just so he didn't have to deal with our issues they've created. We now need to hire a different company to fix it so we are demanding a refund.
