Contractor Provided written statement of work to perform set of duties. The contractor insisted on collection of funds and never completed to work as outlined in statement of work.
Additionally, contractor left materials and trash behind and after repeated attempts to contact, never returned phone calls.
This is the most dishonest contractor I have ever dealt with and I would warn ANY one from engaging with them for even the smallest projects.

Matt says Mr *** was initially in discussions with K and M to have work done, but ultimately decided to have work done "on the side" with Bryan *** as an independent contractor.
He says when he became aware that Mr *** was dissatisfied with the work, he attempted to act as a go-between between the two, even though Mr ***'s payment / transaction was ultimately with Mr ***, and not K and M.
Matt says he's still willing to reach out to both parties to see if he can help in any way, but emphasizes that Mr *** did not ultimately do business with K and M itself.
