Review: I WAS TOLD THAT A CAR THAT I PURCHASED HAD A WARRENTY AND I HAD A ISSUE AND HAD NO HEAT AND THEY DID THE REPAIR AND EVEN THOUGH I STILL HAVE TEMP TAGS ON THE CAR THEY CHARGED ME A SO CALLED $100 DEDUCTABLE AND THEN REFUSED TO GIVE ME A RECEIPT. I ASKED SEVERAL TIMES FOR MY RECEIPT AND STILL TELL ME THAT I CANT HAVE ONE BUT THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND NOW I DONT KNOW WHAT WAS ACTUALLY DONE TO MY CAR. THIS IS JUST ONE OF MANY ISSUES THAT I HAVE HAD WITH THIS COMPANY.Desired Settlement: I WANT MY MONEY RETURNED AND TO KNOW WHAT WAS ACTUALLY DONE TO MY CAR!!

In response to [redacted] complaint, we would like to point out that we have been placing three month warranties through Cars Protection Program on every vehicle we sell. [redacted] and [redacted] have purchased four vehicles from us with this 2002 Pontiac Grand Am being number five. [redacted] has had the same three month warranty with the same $100 deductible required by the warranty company on his previous vehicles, which he has previously taken advantage of with other claims on his previous vehicles. He came in and complained of a water leak, we informed him that this repair was covered under his warranty and he would only have to pay the warranty covered. We scheduled an appointment and made the repairs. [redacted] became irate after we told him the repairs were completed and he needed to pay the deductible. He was rude and loud, feeling that he should not have to pay anything since he has only had the vehicle for one month. We informed him that was the purpose of the warranty, so he would not have expensive repairs, only a deductible that is required by the warranty company. He did pay his deductible over the phone with a credit card and his wife came to pick the car up. We feel that we have responded in the correct manner and have taken care of [redacted]ssue. We spoke with his wife, [redacted], earlier today when she was picking up her receipt and she said the Grand Am was running fine. If any further information is needed, please contact us at [redacted] or by email. We would be happy to forward a copy of his warranty contract if that would help with our resolution.
