We did service this customer's car After servicing his car, he came back with another problem that arose He did confirm that the spark plug insert was done, the exhaust was no longer leaking, and the brake pads and rotors were replaced as well as the passenger side brake hose and calipers He was complaining that I did not live up to my warranty which I was The heater cord was not part of anything that we would have repaired nor have been in contact with while doing the other requested repairs We do take much pride in our service to customers but cannot take responsibility for problems of a vehicle that were not our responsibility to fix nor had anything to do with their malfunction I even gave him a $discount since the car sat at our business for almost four months It sat fixed since August and he did not pick it up until January 10,
