Although this company is listed under Keri F Broberg aka Keri Mcmillan aka Keri FBedrosian, who is the wife of Wayne EBroberg Wayne claimed the business to be a family business but (wife) Keri was no where and was never on the job site Wayne produced a contact with statements of company being insured He made promises of completing the job on time and before due date He left inexperience young men at the job site unsupervised He cracked my island quartz countertop, cut the other piece wrong, placed the backsplash tile crooked The brand new kitchen cabinets were hung wrong Instead of placing the brace/clets behind the cabinets, he attached each cabinet to the wall with by 2s INSIDE the cabinets on the bottom and top Workers used the bottom of brand new cabinets as work stations and damaged the under parts, shelves, cracked a cabinet door They adjusted kitchen shelves incorrectly, even if there were no adjustments needing to be made because they were pre-drilled They filled mistakes with wood putty and sprsy painted it to look more like the color of the cabinets The pantry was left with the top portion inches away from the wall He stated he ordered new counters and would fix damages After repeated phone calls to counter and cabinet sellers it was verified he never made the attempt to purchase the replacement quartz countersWayne and his workers installed brand new flooring approx weeks I to the job before tge drywall, mudding, texturing, or painting was complete This left the floors damaged Wayne stated he ordered more flooring but when I contacted the flooring company they stated in inquired about purchasing cartons of flooring but when told the price he declined the purchaseHis workers cleaned their paint, grout, and drywall items in the brand new tub which now has shadows of stainThe masterbath has four different colors of groutThey never finished the backsplash in the kitchen When confronted he stated I did not even purchase the tile to finish the job Then it wss Lowes store that didnt give it to him This issue has lead to a theft casePrior to kicking Wayne EBroberg out of my apti told him he was a dishonorable man He stated I got cheap labor because of what I paid.....my response was of course you say that after you got your money If you said it in the beginning you wouldnt have gotten the jobBeware.....several business names are listed under his wifes name even if she is not present You will need to look under both namesFurthermore, he stated he was licensed and insured his work for up to two years The electrical in the apt was terrible.....no licensed electrical person and he left wires exposed under the kitchen sink, cut the drywall wrong so outlets are purtruding and some left with no plates and wires sticking out
