K B Flooring Design

Flooring had to be replaced in less than one year, then needed in six months again but owner will not return phone calls.
Flooring was initially installed on 2-20-18, we paid $1,968.67 for the job, paid in full by check to KB Flooring & Design of Tifton, Ga.. In November 2018, the floor had buckled up and I called Mr. Michael W of KB Flooring. He came out, took a look, said he would call the inspector and get it replaced. I told him it would have to wait until after the holidays. This was replaced with same materials as before but with moisture barrier which was not installed originally. Replaced in February 2019 and in six months, on 9-3-19 I called owner, left msg, called again 9-10-19 as he had not called me back and said he would call on Thursday. 9-13-19 I had not heard from him and I called him again On 9-16-19 he showed up, checked the floor, said it had to be replaced and he would remove all furniture as he had promised the last time and he would call the inspector. I did not hear from him and called again 10-10-19, no response so I called again 10-11-19 and was told he was going to contact his personal inspector as the other one was taking too long. I called 10-29-19, 10-30-19 and 11-4-19 with no response from owner.
