needed to place the orderWhen we went back to his sons house to finalize the measurements, the son asked us to order one more window, which he paid for About weeks after placing the orderThe father *** *** called and said he couldn't wait for the windows to come inHe stated he wanted to cancel the orderI told him I couldn't just cancel a special order, but we came to an agreement and cancelled the entire order*** *** has always been nice and reasonable so I told him it would take sometime to refund*** *** stops into my office location periodically, inquiring about his refundHis wife *** *** has never been to my officeI have started to refund his sons order first, and expect to have the entire order refunded in a timely mannerHis wife's statements are totally false,as I have never dissapeared as she has statedI have been dealing with *** *** for the entire transaction

Glass Company Yes we did order the windows on 6/30/2016 I saw him at the car wash told him I would like to see if he would come to my sons house and look an measure for front window. He did come by then gave me a price for cost and labor final measurement he did measure a window for my son who also payed him for that window. They came and got the money on the 30th and said they would order the window that day. They told me the window was special order and hopefully would be in and installed by the end of July. We waited by the 2nd week in August I called was told the lady they deal with was on vacation so they got ordered late. By the end of August they said windows had been back ordered. Called middle of October windows not in. By the end of October the windows were still not in I went in as I finally caught them in the office and told them we just wanted our money back. They informed me it would take a while to cancel order and get our money back. We agreed they would pay 125.00 a week. The first week November I never caught them at store. 2nd week I caught his wife Kim and she paid 100.00 to me. From then until we turned them in we have never received any contact from them at all. I have initiated all contact. They don't keep office hours making it hard when they don't answer phone or change numbers which my wife indicated to see them face to face. We no longer want any windows we just want our money back. I have purposely not contacted them in good faith that they would contact me to pay us back as they have my number and it is January 24th and I have not been payed just saw their remarks to you.  [redacted]

We ordered the customers materials and glass on time. We give our customers an estimated time of delivery. But at this time of year it is very busy for the glass manufacturer, and in this case when there becomes a problem with the order, it can be delayed even longer. We installed the shower door...

with no problems and received final balance from the customer.

Review: I ordered three clear glass shower doors with bronze hardware. K.B. Glass took half of my money to order these doors with the hardware. [redacted] told me that they would be delivered to them in two weeks, this was back in Novemeber of 2012. After the holidays I called K.B. Glass and left messages for them to call me back. I wanted to know when my doors would be in and installed. They never returned my calls and the shower doors with the hardware were never delivered. K.B. Glass has never refunded my money.Desired Settlement: I would like K.B. Glass to refund my $1600.00 as soon as possible.
