K&B attempted to fix our lawn problems but were not successful They dropped us as customers by telling us they had gone out of business
We have used K&B Lawn for many years and in general were satisfied with their service However, several years ago a problem came up in our back lawn as a patch of dead space appeared and began to get bigger At first K&B diagnosed the problem a chinch bug and treated the lawn accordingly After several months it became clear that chinch bug was not the problem as the dead grass got bigger rather than going away K&B then diagnosed the problem as a fungus and treated the lawn accordingly...to no avail The deadspace now had spread significantly After several months of further treatments for fungus K&B decided that the problem was that the lawn was not being watered sufficiently so last year they installed new sprinkler heads to ensure that the lawn was being double watered So far we have been paying for all these treatments, but no improvem

Failure to perform contracted services, weeding flower beds
I notified KB by phone and email about the weeds in my flower beds at last billing cycle on May 25th that they had in fact not performed any weeding I forwarded a picture of a large weed in my flower beds I have called and emailed and the company has not contacted me back I am locked into a year contract with this company
