car back until I had the right part in. I got it in and about a week later her car stopped. I let her know what we did had nothing to do with the engine. I called a tow truck for her and when the car got here the back window was busted out. I asked if it was like that when he picked it up. He said yes. There was a dust pan and broom inside of it. She came in and I told her it was going to need a engine. It blew a head gasket. She said ok and said she didn't have the money to do it. I told her if she got the money on fluids and engine we would let her slide on labor and pay later. She called me back and said her husband would put it in and a tow would be by to pick it up. I told her this was fine. She came and got it and called me when she got home irate thinking I broke her window out. I told her my tow driver told me he picked it up this way and I gave her their number. I don't think she ever called them though. I tried to be reasonable with her and never got ignorant with the customer. I tried to help her.
