Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because I was over charged for services and have currently over payed for work completed. The customer courtesy was extremely poor lacking in integrity and reliability. A compilation of tasks at my home could have easily , with all small crew, been professionally completed in two days easily instead the work was needlessly stretched out over 5 months which is not at all what I agreed to and signed a contract in regards.Sincerely,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: If this business conducted itself with honor and is so concerned about abiding by a contract how is it that K and B.  Roofing and Construction LLC required nearly half of payment for services rendered right away as a measure of my good faith in doing business with them. The original promise was that service would be provided by the end of August. In this supposed binding contract it is stated that I would need to give an additional $3,000 at the project"s mid-point. How is it then that K and B has $ 9,000 of my money if, in fact, as Karl states above he hasn't even completed half of the proposed work?? Obviously, he doesn't abide by his own codes in terms of respecting his customer. It is not a matter of funding, at all, but one of integrity. Look at the date December 25th and he still hasn't managed to get the work dine. Countless times he said he would show up and didn't through no fault of mine . He neither abided by his word nor his contract.
