I have a dog that has gone through multiple beds, blankets, sheets and towels I ordered a bed from KBallistics that I was going to try and leave in her kennel at the vet clinic I work at She has had it for several months now and not bothered it at all After multiple beds being torn up in her crate, I ordered one for the crate She hasn't bothered it either This is a Doberman puppy that shreds everything she gets her mouth on Very pleased with the service and prompt delivery
Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: Regards, Tiffany Sacarello First of all I have the email with the photos of the broken beds and clearly stated it was only day after I put the bed in, I accepted the replacement because you were only offering half of the money so I still lose out the fact of the matter is your product is Bolognese it's chewable and you are liers for even claiming the name chewless
Great products and their Customer Service responded to our request and resolved our issue within two days! We ordered a super crate pad which is as advertised and my dog loves it! It was a pleasure doing business with K-Bullistics and I have recommended them to all our dog owner friends
