the contents have made Kbello, salon very strong due to comments and postings (that's the reason why Wehold 5 stars on all of our services). This particular client was at our Salon multiple [redacted]es (Jan 17, Jan 18) for consultation for over 30 to 45 min each day not carying for clients that were served at the moment ( al details and amount of service was discuss as well) and pretty much asking about prices and work to be done. On January 19 2018 [redacted] showed for service at 1530 with an idea to get her color and hair extensions done, when the client showed she still had the old sewed extensionswhich had to be removed in order to place the new ones. Client was treated professional and with all the respect in the world even thought that she still was confused and there was several changes in the color ([redacted] was the one that did all consultations and performed the work) because of her constant lack of decisions. [redacted] was told that [redacted] will recommcud certain color due to the color of bait extensions (air extensions were prepared before by Kbello in order to be ready by service day) but client was not convinced and color was done the way client requested but in the long [redacted] she did not liked the color picked by [redacted], [redacted] told the client that the reason why she recommended that color was tomatch her hair extensions color which she agreed and the service continued until 1015 when [redacted] asked [redacted] if she was going to pay with card of cash since the ATM closes at 2230 but [redacted] said continue doing your work and if I like it I will pay or ifI don't I will not pay you (koep in mind that service started at 1530 and due to removal of old extension, changes in color, application of one pack of bair extension, haircut and having the second one ready which was supposed to be placed ) [redacted] started adding all the work that was owed by client at the moment due to [redacted]'s reaction and that's when everything got out of control with the client. Client throw 110 dollars over the counter and refused to use her card and basically refused to pay at all, [redacted] called police because client got out of control and constantly said that we were holding her hostage due to doors been locked. There is a problem in the area after regular work hours and the amount of homeless and people looking for gron cross business we need to protect ourselvos and clients which is something that client did not understand, anyway we opened the door client [redacted] to her car [redacted] and helper where on the phone (helper on 911 and [redacted] on the regular line trying to get officers to the [redacted]) helper was bumpwith clients car twice while on the 911 operator giving license plates and description of clients car, all this was premeditated by client because she refused to pay, did not wait for officers to show and the worst thing is that she did not care about bumping a human with a vehicle. When the officer [redacted] from [redacted] Police department showed at the Salon we explain everything and the officer said we already know what type of person the client was and if Kbello and helper could press charges for assault they were going to get her at her house but [redacted] and helper said it was ok we just want her to pay the 300 dollars owed to Kbello. Officer [redacted] was asked if Kbello could warm other business owners about this person and what she did to us that way it does not happen again and officer said that we have all the right to post whatever you want after all you are exercising the first amendment of the constitution, we have Videos, pictures and case number (CVPD [redacted]), our experience was share with others and everything that happened was posted on our webpage Again to notify others of what could happen but the client was frustrated when she saw the comments and picture on our web page and started harassing [redacted] and helper. Client showed to Kbello salon on Saturday January 20 while [redacted] was in consultation, [redacted] bad her son and daughter with her but client did not care and started threatening [redacted] about the Comments made on Kbello salon page, [redacted] called police again due to the clients actions and clients refused to wait for police to settle. When [redacted] PD showed we told them what happen gave [redacted] number [redacted] and they pretty much said that if this continues like this We will have to get a restaining order against client due to several threats, the way client was acting and other classified clients behaviors which officers refused to share(incident number [redacted] was given). On Tuesday [redacted] file a restraining order which was concede by [redacted] court house. We just want you to know that IYOAne told the client that comments and her picture was going to be removed when client paid in full but as of today client has not made a payment for services owed to Kbello Salon, client had several friends call helper and tried to settle but no one has come up with the money. This is a unique situation for Kbello, Staff and the clients that were served during the three [redacted]es client was there not to mention or omit the fourth one whenwe had to call the officers again on client. I will be sending all necessary paperwork including text and also send restraining order for the records, we really apologize for any inconvenience this might cause. Kbello staff is just working and trying to make a living doing the right thing and making people happy but there are other that try to take advantage of the system or the situation/s to try to get free things with thinking about others that really need to work , Doed to take money home to support families and pay bills.
