I am rejecting this response because:
I have emailed K-bid on 12/22/to explain the situation of the wrong size of the trailer and mistyping by adding a zero I went to seller in Ramsey and spoke to them, showed them how to measure the trailer, feet is not feet, and will not fit my Bob Cat So please don't say you never heard of that, I have a copy of the original email with a complain, trying to resolve the situation.My wifes name is *** *** bidder # *** If you want to look up her history, picking up and paying for the itmes totalling over $30K I have a big family with brothers who have adult sons, and because we share the same last name I can't comment on that.I know my son *** B had his own k-bid id, purchased roses for his mom, paid and never recieved the items In the discription the seller had shipping option, but he was told that they don't know how to ship it

I am rejecting this response because:
What they state is not fact. Prior business practices show this to be not fact. My history has shown no pickups and no penalties. My history has shown late pickups with not penalty. My history shows that I have picked/payed 15 days after their boilerplate notice with no penalty. This K-Bid has willy-nilly business practices. This K-bid is unfair and damaging bidders rights. Ask them if what I have said is true. This will tell you if they are truthful. If they can lie or evade the question they are a unfit business and their rating should reflect this.They will not come clean and shed their deceit so therefore we have to let everyone know.

I am assuming Mr. [redacted] is talking about his bidder number [redacted].  There are several other bidder numbers assigned to bidders named [redacted] or [redacted] that share the same contact information as bidder number [redacted].  The other bidder numbers have also been turned off for non-payment of...

winning bidder invoices. Mr. [redacted] did lose his bidding privileges after he failed to honor his winning bidder invoice for the trailer.  The part Mr. [redacted] failed to mention in his complaint was he had 3 additional winning bidder invoices he was a NO SHOW for on this account. This is the first time I’ve heard there was a discrepancy in the size of the trailer!?     I don’t know what Mr. [redacted]’s wife’s name is nor do I know her bidder number, so I can’t comment about why she lost her bidding privileges. K-BID’s terms and conditions (every bidder must acknowledge they read and understand the terms before they are allowed to place a bid) states: Failure to Abide by Website and/or Auction Terms Bidders are responsible for knowing and abiding by the website and auction terms. Failure to do so will result in the termination of bidding privileges on K-BID.com, reinstatement is at the discretion of K-BID. Given Mr. [redacted]’s history of failing to honor his winning bidder invoices, he has been banned from placing bids on K-BID.com auctions.
