No way to reach anyone. I was bidding on 14 items and had them just sitting there and I went to bid on another item and "my bidding privileges had been put on hold"? WHY?! There was plenty of money on the card! I was logged in! I called and called and sent emails and called the auction contacts. I received a text back from two auctions contacts saying you had to speak to Kbid. What a joke! They couldn't even pick up the phone. My first and last time trying this out. 1:30 to 4:45. Goodbye!

Do not do business with this company. They will completely take advantage of you. Their "guidelines" are like no other online auction. I put in a max bid and it was the wrong amount (way too much). First they have no confirmation to be sure you are bidding the correct amount, it is whatever you put in. Their guideline is you cannot remove a bet, but you can reduce it. I reached out to them TWICE to help and they did not respond. The auction was held and I was the winner of the item at 3 times more than I wanted to spend on it. When I reached out to them for the third time to ask them to fix this, they responded that they didn't get the requests to change the bid amount. When I emailed them a screenshot showing that both emails went through, their only reply was that there was nothing they could do and "this will be the las communication on this". They are impossible to communicate with and they are a horrific company to deal with.

Also, "K-Bid" is the host of the auctions, but there are 3rd parties that list their stuff, however K-Bid as the host has no guidelines for these 3rd parties to follow when listing and describing the items. They are not required to say if the items are new or used or if they are damaged in anyway. Some of the 3rd parties will be honest about this and be 100% transparent about it. But most of them simply say what the item is and take pictures of the box. Then you get home, open the box and there are missing parts, or it is disgustingly dirty/used when it appears new on the site. You are better off buying off of Craigslist, at least they make you click the condition of the item. Anyway, when you go back to K-bid about a broken item, they say you have to contact the 3rd party. When you go to the 3rd party, they tell you to contact K-bid. So it is a week long circle jerk until K-bid comes back with their standard... THIS IS THE LAST COMMUNCIATION ABOUT THIS. They are complete a holes and will treat you like complete st.

As the sellers daughter I witnessed the behavior of the buyers coming to claim their items up front. Some of the buyers were professional, came prepared, were cognizant of the terms of the auction and were courteous of the owners property.
However, way too many drove onto the grass, ran over the cones used for directing parking and showed no respect of the sellers property or LeeAnn the Organizer!
One buyer expected her item to be dismantled, out of the house and someone there to load her! She was rude, banged up my mother's home with her dollie and then refused to take a piece of her item because she didn't want it!
LeeAnn had staged the area for pickup so she could retrieve the items by lot # one buyer at a time! So others wouldn't take the wrong item! Some buyers thought they could just get theirs , show up at the wrong times, very early, no call or no.show and got upset when they didn't get their way! People just don't follow rules!
So hats off to LeeAnn for maintaining her Respect and Control! Clearly see she has put up with alot over the years!
Would give her a 10 star if I could!

I am assuming Mr [redacted] is talking about his bidder number [redacted] There are several other bidder numbers assigned to bidders named [redacted] or [redacted] that share the same contact information as bidder number [redacted] The other bidder numbers have also been turned off for non-payment of winning bidder invoicesMr [redacted] did lose his bidding privileges after he failed to honor his winning bidder invoice for the trailer The part Mr [redacted] failed to mention in his complaint was he had additional winning bidder invoices he was a NO SHOW for on this accountThis is the first time I’ve heard there was a discrepancy in the size of the trailer!?
