We have had an abundance of issues with ***, not logging/scanning and then losing shipments after being dropped into [redacted] drop boxesThis combined with email issues on our end, many customers did not get their shipments and we did not receive communication from them as we should have We are not making excuses and are working to fix the issues as we become aware We have issued a full refund and the owner will be contacting the customer directly to follow up Please feel free to include this reply in our Revdex.com profile as our response I have also included a screenshot of our system showing the refund receipt Please let the customer know that refunds can take - days depending on their bank to show up in their account Thank you,

She is complaining about a business that is closed and has nothing to do with [redacted] This is the equivalent of me having an issue with McDonalds and complaining about Burger King Kratom Underground was part of [redacted] ***, a Texas Corporation [redacted] is owned by * [redacted] , LLC You can't file a complaint about a company on a companies record that has nothing to do with the company she has an issue with Even though the company was shut down and [redacted] being separate was under no obligation to assist the other companies customer, we offer her a refund and free product She just had to come pick it up If she did email, I have no such email in my inbox Further, we record all calls so we probably have a recording Please remove this complaint against [redacted] for Kratom Underground a separate company

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory. However, I woud like to note that I was never contacted by any representative from this business, as they promised in their response. Additionally, the company side-stepped the main issue of my complaint. Not only did I email them on 3 separate occasions, I also used Facebook messenger and their phone line to attempt reach them. The message on FB messenger was confirmed as seen by the company, but never responded to. That was the reason I filed with the Revdex.com. That being said, I am content with my full refund. Thank you for your assistance in this matter!

I am rejecting this response because: My complaint very clearly states Kratomunderground, and only mentions the connection of [redacted]. The phone call in no way stated that I would be issued a refund upon arrival, I was told to send an email to [redacted] with my order number and ask for a refund. I was told that [redacted] would provide me with the same product I had purchased. I did just as I was asked, other than drive to [redacted], why would I pay TWICE for something?! I figured, surely, by next week I would have at least a response and/or refund. Please furnish your recording. It was verified to me that my original email had been received through kratomunderground website.
