site and view the fence. We will then determine what service work is needed and leave a copy for the customer. All additional work we choose to do will be done as a gesture of good faith. Because we are in the busiest time of year, we will need 6-8 weeks to schedule the work. Thank you for the opportunity to address this concern.

I accept because this is the only way to have the fence look right. And I know that if it is not done right I can contact the Revdex.com again. I just don't like that they stated they will determine what work needs to be done. I see this crooked fence every day, and hope they would work with me on this.

as of today,7-28-2014,I have not been contacted by K-Brothers Fence company about my issues with the fence and gates installed by them. K Brothers said to you on X-X-XXXX they would be in contact with me. still no contact.

Our Operations Manager [redacted] went to the residency on 17526 [redacted] Lane early August. He assessed the situation and took pictures. All posts are set in concrete from the original 2006 installation. We have contacted J.U.L.I.E. to mark the property for any underground lines. Once we have clearance, we will re-install the posts.
Our scheduling department will contact the customer prior to our crew coming out to the residence. Our warranty on initial installation is 5 years. Although the customer is no longer under warranty, we will be re-installing without any charge to the customer. The customer can expect to see J.U.L.I.E workers at their residence to mark the property no later than Friday afternoon. Therefore, our scheduling department will be contacting the customer next week.

Mr. [redacted] did come out to assess our fence problems. JULIE came out today, 8-16-2014, to mark the lines. I am looking forward to having our fence issue resolved. today 8-26-2014 K-bros. repaired my fence. The repair looks fine but there are two things I am not happy about. First, the fence panels by the posts they repaired look like mud was just slung on them also, they left pieces of concrete, that must have come out of the hole, laying on the ground under the gate and bullet edging they had to pull up for the repair was left under parts of the fencing no where near where they came from. Very sloppy. Second, my neighbor had a small section of the same fence put up on his property which I showed Mr. Aguayo where one of the posts came up, after being repaired one other time, he took a picture of it before he left but today, even though the crew was working on my fence right next to it they told him they would not fix the problem. If I knew how to send pics, I would. I am taking pics for my own records.

Hi Terry,
We received a brief heavy rain shower which I'm sure contributed to the sloppyness you are refering to. It is very hard to control working with mud in the rain. We will stop back out and look things over and clean up better.
The crew called the office during the repair and gave us the address of the neighbor. We did not have them in our system. Please have them contact us if they are interested in having work done on their fence. We are not sure if we installed, or if it is under warranty.

I just had my 6ft. PVC fence installed by K-Brothers around August 22, 2015 in Tinley Park and am very happy with the company. From my estimate to the actual installation they were professional and hard working. They told me up front that August is a very busy time of the year and it would take s few weeks to start the job but once they did, it was a great experience. I've gotton nothing but compliments. I would not hesitate to use them again.

was raised up, causing the gate to rub at the bottom. We did get out there as soon as we could to amend the situation, however the situation was not caused by us, and we are in no way in breach of contract. Although this is not under warranty, we did not charge the customer. We are getting to everybody as soon as we can during this very heavy volume season.

This summer, we had our fence repaired by Kay Brothers Fence. Soon after my request I received a call from Darrell. He was the foreman on the job. He came out that same week & he politely explained what could be done for all of our problematic areas. He even took the time to speak to my husband at work.

He has a calm demeanor with a sense of humor I enjoyed. Infact his whole staff were friendly & very talented. They worked in some tough conditions (after many rain storms in the spring.

I was also given a very reasonable price. Thank-you Darrell & his crew.
