We did get a call from Mr. [redacted] for a service call and we charge $65 from Park Hills to Bonn Terre, which is correct and what he was told. He also told us the truck was sitting on the side of the road. When the driver arrived on the scene...
the truck was off the road in a ditch and the right front wheel was torn off. We were not told it was an accident and when he arrived the police were present. The drive had to winch it out of the ditch and load it on the car hauler. This is why there was an additional charge. The owner was arrested at the scene. The driver informed the customer there would be an additional charge for the winching and the driver accepted the cash he had on hand and we delivered it his residence at the Red Cedar Lodge. He was not required to pay the full extra charge and we accepted the cash he had on hand as payment in full.
