I set up an appt and got a no call no show. I had to contact him again, he gave a valid excuse, not sure if true. Made another appt and did not make the appt time, got an email 45 min later saying wouldn't make it ran late at a job. Asked me in the email to send info and he would send over a quote and never heard back from him. Stopped trying, new someone that he did good business with but not so sure about them anymore. I was looking for a quote for a furnace and a\c unit since I was going to be putting a new one in the fall.
