K & C Always Concrete

Review: K&C Always Concrete ([redacted]) did landscape and concrete work for us in January 2014, and I immediately I noticed things were wrong after he completed the jobs, from severe flooding to bad sprinkler system. It's now May 2014, and he still has not fixed the 7 bad things that I have identified, which I made him aware of through a list many times. I gave him numerous times to fix the problems, but he has only showed up one time out of the four times he was supposed to come back and fix them. I also discovered that his licensed has been revoked although he gave me a contract that states that he is CA licensed. By the way, I hired him because he told me he has 11 kids, and I believed him. He came back last week in an attempt to fix the flooding problem, did not finish it and was supposed to finish all the issues on 5/17. However, he never came back as he promised and he left my front and side yards a mess. If I could only hit my head without injuring myself for hiring this contractor to do landscape and concrete work, I would do it. I totally regret that I met him and hired him. [redacted] is a very nice gentleman; however, he has no work ethic and doesn't care about the end result of his work. Lastly, I took time off from work for the dates he said he was going to come, but never showed up so I wasted a lot of my vacation time.Desired Settlement: I would to hire a truly licensed CA contractor to fix the problems, and I would like him to pay for any fees/cost I will incur. However, before doing so, I want him to put this condition in writing because I cannot trust him.
