[redacted] has been hired to install a security and access entry system and has not completed the installation and will not answer calls. After a very impressive presentation of a complete security, access control, and video monitoring system for our church, we hired [redacted] cell phone XXX-XXX-XXXX to perform the installation and monitoring. At that time we provided 1/2 down to order the equipment and then agreed to pay the other half after installation within 3 weeks. It has been over 2 months since he has been paid and the complete job was promised to be completed in 3 weeks. He will not return calls, emails, or texts. His 2 man crew shows up once or twice a week for about 2 to 3 hours and then leaves. My biggest issue is the lack of communication and delays. If he would just be open and honest about scheduling issues I would understand but since I cant get ahold of him I have to assume the worst.
