We acknowledge we were late and some of the cabinets were wrongWe are a small company who got a little overwhelmed with the amount of work coming inI also had a personal surgery take place during this time which unfortunately put us even
more behind.We are not having financial problems, we are just beginning to build our credit and since we are still some what fair new, we are on a cod basis with some of our vendors.As of today there are still other contractors working on this house, so I don't see how we are the only ones who are causing them to have to make two house paymentsAlso our original never included bathroom cabinets and doorsI have replaced all the hardware and doors in bathroomNow they are adding on more and more items to kitchen and these are not in the bid eitherThey have changed their order several times which also helps in putting us behind and not being able to deliver on a timely mannerTheir original bid was for $7,which they gave a $4,deposit and paid $1,for kitchen doors directly to door vendorWhich would of left a balance of $which at that time cause of things I was willing to eat and call it done, but now with the add ons to the kitchens and bathroom that are not in the bid I am not willing to do that anymore and am going to be billing them for $3,which now I have had to pay out of my pocketAnd finally we were working with them to get this done and trying to make sure they were satisfied with their cabinets, we thought we had reach at reasonable agreement between ourselves , then we get notice they contacted the Revdex.com

We notified the business early on that we had filed a complaint so this should not be a great surpriseObviously the company had some major problems and we give them credit for trying to resolve those issues by offering to accept the deposit and the payment to a separate subcontractor as payment in fullAre we completely happy? The answer is NO but we do consider the matter resolvedPlease close out the complaint as resolvedThank you for your help
