Revdex.com Complaint # [redacted] We appreciate the opportunity to respond to this customer’s complaintsIt is truly unfortunate that Mr [redacted] has chosen to take this situation to this level as we have always been willing to discuss any or all options to ensure the satisfaction of Mr [redacted] Our only expectation with Mr [redacted] is that he is rational and reasonable in his expectations of the resolution We feel very confident that based on the documents we are providing to you, you will find that we have provided to this customer 100% of the items that this customer paid to have deliveredAdditionally we have provided some services multiple times, free of charge to assist in the satisfaction of this customer There have been several dozen emails and phone calls exchanged with this customer in just over several monthsThis activity certainly should not give a neutral evaluator the impression Spotlight Marketing Solutions was attempting to commit ”fraud” as Mr [redacted] has suggested Additionally, it should be pointed out that Mr [redacted] submitted a dispute with his bank where he stated, “ I’m not sure what I was sold with this charge.” Clearly Mr [redacted] was being dishonest in his dispute in order to convince his bank he should receive and win a Chargeback of the charges on his credit cardMr [redacted] had and has full knowledge of what he was purchasing, proven by his claim submitted to your office Spotlight Marketing Solutions provided the bank with the appropriate information and won this dispute and the chargeback was reversed As stated previously we are more than willing to negotiate a reasonable settlement with Mr [redacted] to finalize this matterWe are also willing to continue to work with this customer in the manner that we originally agreed
