Mo to Mo membership verbally cancelled on 8/1/12. After charges continued to be charged I faxed a cancellation letter which was received on 10/10/12.
See above. I do have fax confirmation receipts dated 10/10/12 and 2/11/13. My initial request was to cancel 1 member from my agreement. They were unable to comply and therefore did nothing. When I called again, they were rude and accusitory at which time I asked to cancel the entire membership. I am still being billed. I have contacted my CC.
