In regards to the complaint from [redacted]. When customers buy our product, we leave the product with and with a two- part receipt with allows them 3 business days to cancel and return to us the merchandise and a copy of the two part receipt to get a refund. [redacted] sent me back the two part...
receipt, but not the merchandise/product. I called her to let her know that I was going to need the product back before I could give her a refund and her receipt got filed away. When I did get our product back, it did not have her phone number on it so I could call her to find out when we took the the money out so I could pull her credit card to refund it to her. However, when you sent me the first complaint, it had her phone number on it, so I was finally able to call her and give her, her refund. Review: This KC promotions is a joke and should not be in business. Their customer service is extremely rude and unprofessional. The man named [redacted] and the woman named [redacted] are the ones. They don't listen. When I asked to speak with the supervisor or the owner, [redacted] just started screaming and yelling at me and threatening and to take my name off the list.Desired Settlement: I want my replacement card back because that is what I was promised in the first place. I waited 24hrs after the first email as I was told but no one ever has contacted me. I had to call them again.

When I spoke to Mr. [redacted] on the phone about a replacement card, I had told him that at that moment we did not have another account in omaha to give him. But I further explained that in may or june we would be signing another account in omaha, and as soon as we signed another account, I would be happy to send him a replacement card. I'm not sure how he got the impression that he would be getting a replacement card right then, as I had told him it wouldn't be until may or june. our account signer is in omaha now, and as soon as he signs an account I will be sending mr. [redacted] a replacement card.

Response:
I have responded to the complaint from this same person a while back. When a service center has us do a promotion for them, they sign a contract with us that they will honer the promotion for a year. We do not forsee that they will go out of business. Especially, the service centers that have used us for years. And as Mr. [redacted] stated, he bought the coupon 5/15/12 and the problem occured 4/17/13, that was one month before the coupon was going to expire. They are only good for one year from the date of purchase. But, as I stated the last time I responded to this, that when we signed another service center, I would send him a replacement coupon. And I have done that. I sent him a coupon for another service center that we had signed. And he has a year from the date I signed the back, to use the coupon booklet. So I think he is and has been well compensated.
