In regards to the complaint from [redacted] When customers buy our product, we leave the product with and with a two- part receipt with allows them business days to cancel and return to us the merchandise and a copy of the two part receipt to get a refund [redacted] sent me back the two part receipt, but not the merchandise/productI called her to let her know that I was going to need the product back before I could give her a refund and her receipt got filed awayWhen I did get our product back, it did not have her phone number on it so I could call her to find out when we took the the money out so I could pull her credit card to refund it to herHowever, when you sent me the first complaint, it had her phone number on it, so I was finally able to call her and give her, her refundIf you have any other questions, please feel free to call me.Thank you,Sherrie
