K C Rubbish Hauling

Charged Extra without notifying. When we first contacted Kc rubbish we were told there was no limit on the amount of trash we could put out at the curb. We were never contacted to tell us any different and we had the service for many years. Then on our Aug. 2011 bill we got charged an extra $10. which is more than half. When we contacted the business he said I had been ripping him off for years because I always put out to much trash, But he never contacted me to inform me that there was now a limit. After no resolution in the matter I paid my normal bill leaving the extra off and just recently I have recieved a bill from a collection agency. So I called the agency and was told to contact the business to try to resolve the problem again. So that it didnt hurt my credit I did just that, and the employee of KC rubbish told me she didnt want to talk to me that they already sent it to collection and hung up on me. Not only did they send it collection but instead of only owing 10 they raised it to 35.
