I am rejecting this response because:We do not have the resources to make a second trip with truck and trailor.we are requesting a refund to cover the expense of the wood that was shorted. The wood we already received is very wet and will not be useable for at least another year. Another false representation from this seller.

Review: I bought a cord of wood from KC services, located in Wasilla, Ak. It was delivered on the 5th of September, but not without having damage to the yard and to an apple tree. I let the driver know that the yard is soft from the rain and please stack the wood here (Showing him) and if the 2nd pallet was okay (undamaged) to unload at the street at the end of the driveway where it was level. The driveway has a slope. Never happened. The driver stated that the truck rolled backwards "uphill" when the parking break gave. So, I called and spoke to [redacted] about the damage that was done and he said that he would have his insurance adjuster to come out and look at it and to pay "fix" whatever has been damaged. I asked if he could come out and look at the damage himself and to see first hand the kind of quality of wood that was left and he said that he would not. Today is Tuesday, September the 9th, 2014 and still waiting on an insurance adjuster to come and look. I also have a complaint about the type of wood that I bought for 350.00. It is not the quality that he advertises on his internet page. [redacted] said that he would send the driver back out to my place and pick up the wood and have a better quality delivered and went on to say that I could hand pick out of the pile of what I wanted to keep. That never happened, the contract driver never showed up. He went on to say that this season is a test run with a new crew and apparently, by my description of the type of wood that had been delivered, that it was a mistake, by his ([redacted]) response. I have called and left several messages with [redacted] (cause he doesn't answer my phone calls now that I want my money back) with no return calls. I also sent a text message stating that I would like to have my money back. A refund. No response. I only wanted to have the pile of "junk" wood replaced with quality wood as well as the damaged yard. Now all I want is my money back and this wood out of my yard. I also have pictures and a quality video that shows the damage and the junk pile of wood.Desired Settlement: Return of the 350.00 and to fix the damage to the yard and to back up his claim that if he is going to do something then do it.
