The GPS Could have been started at anytime as it says zero miles per hour and not when arrived Sorry you are unhappy but common sense is says it took longer then min

we have built a business on honest integrity and helping any last mintraveler since 1985; It should be duly noted that this being our 1st and only Revdex.com complaint from a gentlemen who in conversation stated he went bankrupt in his company and now just started a new job with this company, well…Job Description: Rewired in a way Bargeman female plug on a Ford Bed-Replacing a metal way Wired red in a Way bargemen male plug Adapting to wireless transmitter for towing lightsFacts:hours for wiring in a way plug of which we did so should have been a shop charge of hours but only charged for 2 A Standard MiscShop charge as added includes wiring, connectors etc. Most shops charge more JCustomer signed a work order prior to labor and a receipt of completion after words Buyer Complainant states his GPS stated min??? Perhaps one would ck the GPS as the Job took a lot longer and GPS Tracking is for Directions not timed location!!!Common sense of any shop personnel or employees of this establishment or any RV business for that matter, is that one cannot do the work as stated within a short time line as complainant states While we regret that we could not do a job for nothing as this gentlemen seems to be asking for, and that he is dissatisfied; we cannot help him further!KC Trailer Service & Supply

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
 
I have attached GPS tracking proof that we arrived at 1:05pm and left at 1:52pm.  Our GPS is not a directional GPS. It is a tracking device.  Our GPS gives us emailed updaes of stops and starts in the vehicle.  That is proof that we were only there for 45 minutes, not the 2 hours (or even a portion of the 2nd hour) as Mr. S[redacted] claims.  
The plugs were simply replaced  They were not wired by the emplyee. The Bargemen 7 book may say that it's a 1.5 hour per plug job, but that would include actually installing the wiriing in the truck.  The employee simply unscrewed our plugs and replaced with new 7 way plugs.  Our truck was not even put in the shop.  The plug swap was done in the front parking lot.  
Mr. S[redacted] did not tell us that they would have to work us in.  He told us that he had time and to come on over.  In a private email between Mr. S[redacted] and myself he basically accuses me of putting a different part sticker on the plug sold to us.  I have attached a picture of the plug, with a KC Trailer sticker stating $5.99 as the price.  Apparently, it is mismarked, but instead of saying that, Mr. S[redacted] comments to me, "not sure where you got that from or why it would even be on the item."
We came into KC Trailer because the company has been around for many years.  Mr. S[redacted] purchased it a number of year ago from Keith.  Keith is the person that created the good reputation in Eugene, Oregon and Mr. S[redacted] is tarnishing that reputation with bad customer service and unethical billing practices.  If he made a mistake in the time he billed us because he was too busy with other customers and thought we had been there longer, all he had to do was admit it and do the right thing.  We certainly do not expect a free service, but we do expect to only be charged for the service provided.  We are very appreciative of the service provided by Mr. S[redacted]'s employee.  In fact, he did such a good job, and in such a short time (45 minutes) that we tipped him $15 cash.
Our desired resolution would be for an $85 refund for the unused hour we were charged.  Clearly the parts we were charged for were correct on our invoice, just not correctly marked in Mr. S[redacted]'s establishment.  The $10 "misc supplies" charge was for black tape, so if he feels that he needs $10 for 2" of black tape, so be it.  Please do the right thing, Mr. S[redacted].  You spent the first 20 minutes of our visit into your store speaking to a friend about being Christian and basically bragging about what a good Christian you are.  Please act as such, and do what you know is right.

I have no power over the GPS.  The 0 miles per hour is because we were parked.  It registers when we park or when we take off.  At any rate, you know what you did was wrong.  You know you lied and you know you ripped us off. You are the "good Christian" that has to live with that.
I hope that you at least learned a lesson here.  You cannot just rip people off because your business is not doing well.  I guess that's how KC Trailer stays in business...stealing from your customers.  Impressive Mr. S[redacted]...you should be ashamed of yourself.[redacted]
