All we did was attempt to slow down a leak on an elegal PVC pipeWe explained to her it needed to be done to codeShe does not want to pay to have it corrected to codeThis PVC line MUST be under ground and not out of the groundWhen we
suggested the repair she refused it.We understand she has very little money from where and how she livesThis is why she had a unlicened handiman do this line for her in the first place, then she exopected us to do something with it for as little as possibleAs a matter a fact we went there two times to attempt this repair before we shared with her the need to correct this line for goodShe is not giving you all the facts

There are several untrue statements made in the business response on June First, they say, "We understand she has very little money from where and how she lives." To make a claim about how much money I have based on where and supposedly "how I live," is presumptuous and quite rudeWhat are they implying that I'm on public assistance, or that I spend lavishly, and wasted all my money? None of these are true, I just don't like a company taking my money for a service they do not perform! Second, they imply, that because of my lack of money, that I hired an unlicensed handyman to hook up an illegal PVC pipeI never hired anyone to hook up the pvc pipeFrom my understanding, it has been this way since I had the houseThird, they incorrectly say that I refused the suggested repairWhen I asked why they took my money and did not inform me that the pvc was "not to code," before they made the repair, I was told the plumber was new and trying to be nice and help me outI explained that he made the problem worseI was then told that they would send the plumber out to put the pvc to code which was disconnecting it from the spicket and putting it undergroundI mentioned my concern of the irrigation system being affected, and asked why the plumber could not just fix the bigger leak he made since they already took my moneyI was told, "We can either leave this here, or I can send him to put the pvc to code." I then told him that I was still waiting (for several days), for the plumber to call me back because he never called when they told me they would have him come out and see about the bigger leakI asked to please have him call meThe man said he would give the plumber the messageI never heard from him and why I filed my complaintThey are the ones not giving all the facts

Then she sends me a typed statement not an invoiceAlso this bogus invoice was from a handyman not a contractorHandyman have no license or insurance so they charge considerably less that a contractor doesThis statement she sent me is pretty much the same price we charged, funny thing, don't you agreeTo date she has not sent me an invoice that is trueNow she thinks contacting you, an attorney and bad mouthing us on the Internet is going to make me change my mindWe did not get the chance to return to the job, she contacted this handymen since we did not fit into her scheduleI explained to her I would not pull my plumber off her call to run another call and that I was not going to do that to the other clients eitherShe chose to not wait and called another person

I was not at the residence for the two weeks between calls, so the plumbing was not usedThis is not a warranty issue; it is an issue of work not performed properlyI am residing in another city, so getting my hands on paperwork does take time and is irrelevant in any eventMr*** DID NOT tell me he could get to my house later that dayAnd how could he claim he did not have my number and address when he had the paperwork from his technician's service call? Why would he need to call me back anyway if he was not going to suddenly change his mind and send someone out that day? Since he knew I had to have the pipe cleared again, why does he assume I sent him a "bogus invoice"? I paid the second plumber, just as I did his company, by checkMy bank records bear proofWhether or not I hired a handyman or contractor is immaterialAt least he did the work properly

This business has posed no resolution, so how can the Revdex.com ask me to accept its "proposed resolution"? The first sentence in his previous email was "This lady is a pain in our ***." How professional is that? Mr*** is done "entertaining this issue." He can be unprofessional and disengage, but that does not alter the factsReputable businesses make an effort to resolve issuesI feel sorry for him that he cannot realize this
