called us and were surprised we still had your belongings To help you out we delivered it to Bay St and that is when my son slipped on your step that was all ice and fell with your fathers radioWe repaired it and all was fine You called us again on 7-17-to move your belonging back here to pit in a containerWhich you set up a date to pull it all out and you would come and look at it You never showed up we put it all back in the container You then asked us to deliver out the draws to you along with boxes, we did that but you were not happy To try to satisfy you we then brought you all your furnitureI was going to dispose of it for you, but you became unreasonable as far as items missing from boxesSo we are not responsibleAll of the boxes were sealed when you shipped them and when you received-themAs we stand right now you owe us ! $- for months strorage $- 2nd delivery $- pulling items out $- Putting items back . I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. Please add your rejection comments below. My receipt wrote 4 boxes packed by owner ( Of Pictures) and I only received one. Evidently they threw away three boxes of my pictures which are of course , irreplacable . There were two pictures frames broken, which were gifts from my sister. An oil lamp given to me by my children for mothers day was in pieces.
