our non-dairy ice cream. I did not refuse to believe as she stated that her daughter had an allergic reaction. I ask her what the doctor or hospital said and she said she never took her.I explained that the label specifically says non-dairy cookies-n-cream but it also says allergens were soy and wheat. I ask if her daughter could have a soy allergy and she said no she couldn’t because she is on soybean formula. I have repeat customers that buy the non dairy and they have never mentioned to me having a problem with it. The complaint states the purchase as $4.58. Our non-dairy is $2.60 for one scoop and #3.50 for 2. I doubt if she bought 2 for one year old. All I can say to respond is out non-dairy is kept in the original container it comes in, is not mixed with other ice cream and our ice cream scoops are rinsed in sanitized water after using in other ice cream. It is purchased from my supplier as non-dairy and is labeled non-dairy.Also, when I ask if her daughter could have an allergy to wheat she said no-one has ever said that.We are very allergy conscious here as we lots of customers with peanut allergies.I really don't know what I can do to resolve this as no one has determined what the hives were form.
