I want to go on record as saying this I did not recieve a call from driver, I never spoke to driver, the driver talked to my son Shaun and as stated Shaun was unaware of conversation I had with dispatcher, he told him to place the dumpster in driveway, he then called me and asked me about dumpster and Shaun and I got into discussion about the size as we have ordered dumpster several times beforeWhen Shaun told me it was half the size we normally get I told him to call and he did immediately but dispatcher was rude to him, I then called and dispatcher was rude to me as wellI then told her to come and get dumpsterAs for ordering dumpster I ordered it, and u know what I ordered and cost, I was never told they didn't have the size I wanted it that they were tied upThat would make no sense to order half the size that I needed and still pay for the full sizeAs for the amount of trips you can see from the first conversation from them they dropped it off and returned the next day to pick it up, that is two trips one delivery and one pickupThey never made four trips, as for the dumpster delivery and contract I have a copy of it that has Shaun signature to prove I was not there and he did not speak to me, so far that is three lies from this Company, I ordered dumpster from another company the next day and u have their contract which states clearly cost was even less for twice the size they deliveredWhen I asked the second company could you fit Three tons in the small container the first company delivered and they said noForth lie so I do not want to communicate further with this Company, and I have all paperwork and these e-mails to provide should we need to go to courtBy the way when I ordered the dumpster from K&D I talked to a different person then when I called to straighten out mix upSecond dispatcher made that clear she did not take order unless that was a lie as well

I set up the arrangements with one person,I was to be notified but for some reason I wasn't my son was home and did not know about the arrangements so he complied with the driver, gave him a check, and told him to put container in driveway, within a short period he called me about the container and told me it was small, I told him to call K and D and tell them about mistake, someone there told them it was no mistake and that it was our fault he called me and then I called them and I talked to a different person that I set up arrangements withThis person was rude to me as wellI got very upset and the women told me she was caught in the middle because I had made arrangements with a different person, I told her to take it awayI told her it was very bad service and didn't like how my son or was treated. I ordered the dumpster and at no time was I ever told they did not have the size I was looking for! I would have never waisted their time or mine, also I told them not to cash the deposit check or I would consider it fraud, they cashed it anyways,any charges they received was because they cashed that check, I ordered a stop payment on that check from my bank because at this point I did not trust them and that is why I put a complaint into the better businessThe contract that they gave shows that driver did not speak to me and that my son who had nothing to do with the arrangements signed itContract was canceled within One hour as they breached it1-no direct contact with me as I asked 2- I never signed it, there was no agreement with me for the dumpster they left, 3- no material was put in the container4- they want more than half that was quoted, brought wrong container, and they knew of mistake within an hour of dropping it offAs I stated no one ever told me they was bringing a Yrddumpster or I would have instructed them that I didn't need it. As I stated last time, I went with another hauler the next day who got it right, without a problem, and who treated us fairlyI'm done arguing about this, I run two businesses and I would never treat anybody like this, they want half of quote for doing nothingThis mistake was on them not me

Unfortunately in this kind of circumstance we do not have trucks running in the same area everydayIf we have known on the same day of trash removal we could have made another trip out there to correct the problemIf the pick up day was on Monday and we do not get a phone call until Wednesdy late
afternoon its very hard to rectify the problemWe had made arrrangments on Monday to clean up whatever she had out to the curb and we did

AS STATED AGAIN OUR DRIVER CALLED, HAD NO ANSWER, LEFT A VOICEMAIL, THEN A RETURNED PHONE CALL WAS MADETHE NUMBER WE CALLED IS THE NUMBER GIVEN TO US AT THE TIME OF PLACING THE ORDERTHE CONTAINER YOU ORDERED WAS A YRD ROLL OFF WHICH GIVES YOU A TON LIMITTHIS INFORMATION IS STATED ON THE CONTRACT & THE CONTRACT WAS SIGNEDTHE OTHER SIZE CONTAINERS WE CARRY WERE ALL BEING RENTED OUT AND YOU WERE MADE AWARE OF THATWE WOULD NEVER OFFER A CONTAINER WE DIDN'T HAVE IN STOCK FOR DELIVERYAS FOR (4) TRIPS MEANING, DRIVING THERE, DRIVING BACK, DRIVING THERE AGAIN THE FOLLOWING DAY AND DRIVING BACKALL WE ARE LOOKING FOR IS TO BE COMPENSATED FOR OUR TIME, FUEL & THE COST OF LABORWE WERE TOLD WE WOULD RECEIVE A CHECK FOR THE AMOUNT OF $BUT THAT NEVER HAPPENED

[redacted]The issue isn't safety as other trash disposal companies were out and about. I am not satisfied and plan to use another service. This is not the first problem I have had with them.  Billing as been an issue several times (I tried to get off auto pay and they go back and forth as to it I have it or not.)I also find it interesting that the company chose to write all in capital letters in their response. That sends a very negative message to a customer.

We have establish that k&d ran a day behind the week of January 1st and unfortunately the weather did not allow us to run our remaining routes scheduled for Friday & Saturday. Putting our employees lives at risk was simply not worth it. The logistics and costs for the company not running...

those days greatly supersede your $6.73 + tax request for refund. K&d will be picking up double the amount of garbage meaning more trucks will be needed, as well as employees plus overtime. If we were refusing to pick up any extra, then yes a refund would be deserved. If you took care of your garbage else where, then yes a refund would be applied. We have not had any other complaints regarding this issue. We appreciate your business and apologize for the inconvenience.

The container that was ordered is what he asked for. The other size containers that we do carry were all being occupied and that was mentioned at the time of ordering the roll off. Our driver did call as requested but there was no answer with a voice message left and then a returned phone...

call back to meet you at delivery. You were present at delivery per our driver to show him where it needed to be placed, to sign & pay for the container. Our driver from there left without any compliants or problems. It wasn't till hours later that we received a phone call that it was a wrong size container. That being said the check was already deposited. The invoice that was sent is for travel time, fuel, & the cost of labor considering we had now 4 trips to the same location in 2 days.
