We have establish that k&d ran a day behind the week of January 1st and unfortunately the weather did not allow us to run our remaining routes scheduled for Friday & SaturdayPutting our employees lives at risk was simply not worth itThe logistics and costs for the company not running those days greatly supersede your $+ tax request for refundK&d will be picking up double the amount of garbage meaning more trucks will be needed, as well as employees plus overtimeIf we were refusing to pick up any extra, then yes a refund would be deservedIf you took care of your garbage else where, then yes a refund would be appliedWe have not had any other complaints regarding this issueWe appreciate your business and apologize for the inconvenience
The container that was ordered is what he asked forThe other size containers that we do carry were all being occupied and that was mentioned at the time of ordering the roll offOur driver did call as requested but there was no answer with a voice message left and then a returned phone call back to meet you at deliveryYou were present at delivery per our driver to show him where it needed to be placed, to sign & pay for the containerOur driver from there left without any compliants or problemsIt wasn't till hours later that we received a phone call that it was a wrong size containerThat being said the check was already depositedThe invoice that was sent is for travel time, fuel, & the cost of labor considering we had now trips to the same location in days
